Google announced in February they would be changing their websites ranking search algorithm. Now your ranking will be directly affected by if your website is optimized for mobile devices. Google contended that as more people search for products and services on their phones, websites should be easy to navigate on these smaller screens.

In January 2015, QualCare, Inc. our client launched their new member website. Graphic Matter redesigned the graphic user interface for QualCare’s member portal and the public site.
Improve the user experience with a clearer distinction between public-access and member-only information, meet NCQA compliance requirements, and design a new look that enhances their brand.
The site was programmed in asp.net to dynamically populate from the client’s member/provider databases. We made the client site backward compatible to the their legacy systems and maximized the mobile compatibility using HTML & CSS.
